La Cuna Center is an arts and ecology nonprofit in the Texas Hill Country. We bring artists, designers, and architects together with scientists, land owners, scholars, and local residents to explore more balanced ways of living in the places we call home.

La Cuna Center develops site-specific artworks, design projects, and small works of architecture - working across the region to explore, clarify, and amplify paths forward for better living. 

FIELD NOTES

We gather observations, experiments, and questions emerging from La Cuna’s work in the Hill Country. These are not conclusions or prescriptions, but working notes from the field—shared in the hope that clearer attention leads to wiser ways of living.
